upcoming EVENTS

‘The Acorn’ is the first of a collective of spaces anchored in the vision of cultivating community through self expression, radical self-awareness, and the exploration of altered states of consciousness.

Piece by piece; screw by screw; from a hand mixed bucket of concrete to a mantra infused, sage painted base - ‘The Acorn’ was built. The space has held countless, humbling moments of transformation, connection, and cultivation of community that knows that when it is here, it belongs.

Bold and geometric. Sacred and multidimensional.

Intimate and strong. Eccentric and womb-like.

A 16’ x 16’, 13’ high temple.

Built with the intention of cultivating intimacy, authenticity, vulnerability, and expansion.

Thank you for being here with us.

primal singing: singing praise to all experience

We often associate singing praise with joy, ecstasy, and spiritual abundance. And of course those are great reasons to sing! But what happens when we sing praise to our full experience? To praise the grief, rage, longing, boredom, or despair of our human experience? What can emerge from our songs to existence itself?

Join us as we continue our vocal exploration of primal expression while in community. We will start with vocal warm ups and some structural basics for improvising. Then we will explore vocalizing from the various emotional states our bodies can be in.

After we have tuned into ourselves, we will tune into each other and play with group improvisation.

Past vocalizers have described this experience as “having a heart to heart with everyone without having to tell all my trauma” and “the closest I’ve felt to the Oneness without doing  psychedelics.”

Come sing! Every voice is needed, no experience necessary.

cacao and flow: journey from the heart, in song.

Come explore the truth of your own heart in circle as we play with music, sound and community vibration!

Flow is a participatory experience of musical play and expression. Everything is made up, you don’t have to do anything, and you can do anything! Bring yourself and an instrument if you like, drums always welcome.

Flow is a safe musical space to explore new inner stories that are looking to become embodied, through singing, chanting, wordplay, guttural utterances, howls, shakes, movements, harmony and poetry.

Everyone has space to share their unique expression, and as each of us share what comes through we bridge the gap through our shared experience and create the feeling of Oneness. Through sound and nowness creation(improv), we sing as we return home together, beautifully different every time.

Cacao and song circle with hannah wolf

In this space, we will work with the plant medicine Cacao as an ally, helping us expand the field of the heart and remember our connection with the Earth, our beating heart, and one another. Together, we will explore the sacred landscape of the heart, and our hearts present moment truth.

As we traverse this mystical landscape of vibration, our co-created sound & prayer will create a powerful energetic temple to hold us throughout this sacred journey.

We are humbled to be offering cacao grown in the fertile lands of Peru.

Our heart-felt work with cacao — like the medicine of cacao herself — aims to bridge worlds by inviting us to play with the sanctity of our hearts, our truth, and our voices. We hope you will join us in this reverence and deep reflection.

This space will be guided by Ashleigh Lynn and Hannah Wolf.

Hannah Wolf is a musician, a storyteller, and a vessel for raw feeling. With a guitar in her hands since the age of nine, she weaves melodies from the fabric of her lived experience—each song a thread pulled from the inner seams of heartache, healing, and wonder.

Her music is not just expression—it’s invocation. A prayer whispered to the pulse of the earth, to the ache and awe of being alive. Words may falter where emotions swell, but Hannah’s voice and strings speak fluently the language of the soul. Whether played to an empty room or a sea of listeners, her sound is an offering—a bridge between silence and spirit.

Rooted in truth, unafraid of tenderness, and always reaching for something sacred, Hannah Wolf creates music to feel through, to rise with, and to return home to yourself.”
